About EMKA

EMKA administers and rents out property in owned by the owner of the company. Therefore it is not required to pay commission when renting any of our properties. The properties are located in Prague 1, 2, 10 and in the city of Votice, 60 km from Prague. The properties have a wide range of purposes:
